What you’ll need:
- 1 cup milk (diary or almond)
- ¾ cup WiO flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBSP of WiO sweetener
- 2 tsp of vanilla
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together adding WiO flour slowly for desired texture. Use 1/3 cup to pour into heated pan and swirl batter. Fill and top with any fruit you desire.
