No Guilt Chocolate Muffin Treat Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp WiO Sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and whip for 3-5 minutes until cream has thickened and become frosting like texture.
- Cut your WiO chocolate muffin in half and poke holes with a fork to create small holes.
- Pour heavy whipping cream onto the muffin and let it soak into the muffin.
