Pizza Bakes Recipe

These fun little pizzas make the perfect snack or appetizer at any party AND they’re low-carb!


  1.  WiO Smart tortilla
  2. Round cookie cutter
  3. Muffin tin
  4. Raos marina sauce
  5. Mozzarella cheese (pro tip: you can use a mozzarella log OR just cut up a cheese stick into chunks)
  6. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Pepperoni


  1. Using your cookie cutter, cut out pieces of the tortilla and place in the muffin tin. Pro tip: save any tortilla scraps and air fry them for a great chip!
  2. Add a small spoonful of Raos marina sauce to each tortilla
  3. Place mozzarella chunks in each cup and top with shredded mozzarella cheese as well as with pepperoni. Pro Tip: Break up a string cheese for the mozzarella chunks
  4. Bake @400 for 12-14 minutes
