Pumpkin Croissant Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
- WiO Croissants (recipe makes enough filling for 6-7)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp pumpkin extract
- ¼ cup Smart & Sweet sweetener
- 1 egg
- Small handful of sugar free chocolate chips
- A few small sprinkles
Instructions:
- Beat together: pumpkin, cream cheese, cinnamon, extract, sweetener, and egg until smooth
- Cut open croissants and add layer of pumpkin filling
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
- Melt chocolate in ziplock bag and cut small tip of corner to drizzle chocolate along croissants
- Top with few fall sprinkles
Cook time: 15 minutes
