Pumpkin Croissant Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

  • WiO Croissants (recipe makes enough filling for 6-7)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin extract
  • ¼ cup Smart & Sweet sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • Small handful of sugar free chocolate chips
  • A few small sprinkles

Instructions:

  • Beat together: pumpkin, cream cheese, cinnamon, extract, sweetener, and egg until smooth
  • Cut open croissants and add layer of pumpkin filling
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
  • Melt chocolate in ziplock bag and cut small tip of corner to drizzle chocolate along croissants
  • Top with few fall sprinkles

Cook time: 15 minutes
