Sugar Cookies Recipe


  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 1.5 cups WiO Smart & Sweet
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups sifted WiO All-Purpose Flour
  • 2.5 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Sugar free sprinkles (optional)


  • Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Measure flour, baking powder and salt into sifter
  • Add half of sifted dry ingredients into batter and mix, then add the remainder of flour mixture
  • For cookie cutters: put dough on a floured surface and roll out. May need more flour as you roll out dough for right consistency
  • Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Don’t overcook.
  • Top with sugar-free sprinkles
