Sugar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1.5 cups WiO Smart & Sweet
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups sifted WiO All-Purpose Flour
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Sugar free sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Measure flour, baking powder and salt into sifter
- Add half of sifted dry ingredients into batter and mix, then add the remainder of flour mixture
- For cookie cutters: put dough on a floured surface and roll out. May need more flour as you roll out dough for right consistency
- Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Don’t overcook.
- Top with sugar-free sprinkles
