WiO German Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup WiO All-Purpose Flour
- 6 eggs
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Melt butter in 9x13 pan in oven @ 420° - be careful not to burn the butter
- Blend all ingredients together and pour over melted butter
- Bake at 420° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Top with sugar-free syrup or real lemon juice and powdered sugar
