WiO German Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup WiO All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 eggs
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Melt butter in 9x13 pan in oven @ 420° - be careful not to burn the butter
  • Blend all ingredients together and pour over melted butter
  • Bake at 420° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Top with sugar-free syrup or real lemon juice and powdered sugar
