WiO Pancakes Recipe


  • 1 ½ cups WiO All-Purpose flour
  • 2 TB WiO Smart & Sweet
  • 1 TB baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond milk (any milk you like)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
  • In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients together
  • Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently, just enough to combine the two. Don’t overmix or you pancakes won’t be light and fluffy.
  • Heat a non stick skillet / griddle to medium high heat and spray with cooking spray or butter
