WiO Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups WiO All-Purpose flour
- 2 TB WiO Smart & Sweet
- 1 TB baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup almond milk (any milk you like)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients together
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently, just enough to combine the two. Don’t overmix or you pancakes won’t be light and fluffy.
- Heat a non stick skillet / griddle to medium high heat and spray with cooking spray or butter
