Due to this pizza crust being a hand-crafted style, it will have variations in shape and diameter. Each crust is the same product weight since the dough balls are weighed prior to being rolled.

    Great product! My guy didn’t think one would be enough but it filled us up and he said he loved it! I put some olive oil in the pan and set the crusts in it so they could get crispy. After adding toppings I set the pan on in the bottom of the oven on my baking steel at 450° for 10-12 minutes and it came out crispy bottomed and bubbly, slightly browned cheese on top. He told me to order more. Delicious!

    Canola Oil, nope. I get the whole digestible thing where the oils are supposedly not digested, tho I find it hard to believe and remain skeptical. But the excuse that you “have chosen to use the fats that have the best flavor” sounds like doublespeak and doesn’t pass my smell test. If you wanted the best tasting oil, you’d have used olive oil. You used canola oil because it’s cheap.

    You had me until “Canola oil.” Bad, bad, bad.

      In our SmartFoods we block all oils from being digested by the body (with our plant-based fat-blocker) because ANY fat that is heated above 175 degrees for more than a few minutes experiences a chemical change and what was once a very healthy fat becomes an unhealthy fat (Ref. Fats That Heal and Fats that Kill, Prof. Udo Erasmus). Since all fats are blocked from digestion, we have chosen to use the fats that have the best flavor in our foods.
