People thought that if your glucose levels were low. so were your insulin levels. But they forgot about the role that insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemla, carbohydrate intolerance and fat adaptation play in a glucose reading.

Measuring your insulin levels can be inconvenient, time consuming and costly because getting a reading requires going to a laboratory and have your blood tested.
