Ingredients

  • WiO's SmartBun Hotdog Buns
  • Meatballs (Italian style) 
  • Marinara sauce (Rao's is a good option)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning 

Directions

Open buns in a baking dish and add a spoonful of marinara sauce inside


Add a slice of provolone cheese to each bun


Cook meatballs on the stove top with marinara sauce and Italian seasoning


Add four meatballs to each low-carb hotdog bun


(optional) Add extra sauce on top


Top with mozzarella cheese


Bake @350 for 12-14 minutes
