Ingredients
- WiO's SmartBun Hotdog Buns
- Meatballs (Italian style)
- Marinara sauce (Rao's is a good option)
- Provolone cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning
Directions
Open buns in a baking dish and add a spoonful of marinara sauce inside
Add a slice of provolone cheese to each bun
Cook meatballs on the stove top with marinara sauce and Italian seasoning
Add four meatballs to each low-carb hotdog bun
(optional) Add extra sauce on top
Top with mozzarella cheese
Bake @350 for 12-14 minutes
