Log in to your account and add the products you want to the cart. Once you're done, go to the checkout as usual. Your rewards will be available via a dropdown list. If you have 100+ points available, you can redeem your points for your designated discount. Click the "Apply" button and you're done.

Please note that reward redemptions cannot be combined with other discounts.

Yes, earned points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

The higher your tier, the better perks and discounts you get. Here’s a small breakdown of the discounts and differences:

Platinum: 100 points = $15 off. 2 free products a year.
Gold: 100 points = $10 off. 1 free product a year.
Silver: 100 points = $5 off.

Your tier is based on the amount spent in the last 365 days. Your tier level will be re-qualified every 365 days based on your spending.  

You can redeem your points on orders that don't have any discount. Therefore, your points cannot be applied to auto-ship subscriptions and discounted items. However, you can choose to use your points instead of a current sale when placing your order.
