high shipping prices will make any discount not worth it
Even for non-refrigerated items shipping of over 20$? I had to decrease my order to less than a pound to get it down to 17 dollars! Also, very inconvenient to use any free items or discounts for being a platinum member as the links to do it online do not work, and I don't want to have to call every time I want to use a perk. I wouldn't recommend.

Not sure about dosage
I bought these but I’m confused. In the bottle it says 2 capsules before a high carb/fat meal. However, on the website it shows a formula (fat divided by 5 equals number of pills). So if I eat a pizza that has 50 carbs I need to consume 10 pills?!

Thank you for your question. It can get a bit confusing, I’m sorry. The cause of the confusion is because there are three separate ingredients that are inhibiting the digestion of fat and carbs. But how they work, are different. For example – in regard to inhibiting carbs, if you were going to eat (1) slice of pizza. (2) capsule is all you need. If you were going to eat (3 or 4) slices of pizza, (2) capsule is still adequate. In the case of inhibiting Fat – each capsule has the capacity to block 6 grams of fat. So, if you took (2) capsules you would have enough of the carb inhibitor to block most of the carbs. And (2) capsules would block 12 grams of Fat. If you wanted to block ALL 50 grams of fat in the pizza you would need to consume 8 capsules. NOTE: We need fat in our diet, you don’t want to block ALL fats, ALL the time. For example, if you took (4) capsules. That dose would block +80% of the carbs and 50% of the fat. Reducing the digested fat calories by 225 calories, which is a significant amount.
