Love the taste, or we make it right.

WiO makes food that tastes like the food you actually want, not the food you think you should be eating. We are proud of that. So here is our promise on your first order: if you try WiO and do not love what you taste, contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what did not work. We will make it right.

How to reach us

No forms, no automated process. A real person handles every claim. Email customerservice@wiodiet.com and we will respond the same business day.

How we make it right

We start with the option that is fastest and easiest for you. If that does not work for you, we move to the next.

  1. Replacement or exchange. We will send a replacement of the same product, or swap in a different WiO product we think you will enjoy more, included in your next shipment.
  2. Store credit. If a replacement is not what you want, we will issue store credit for the value of the item, instantly, with no return needed.
  3. Refund. If neither of the above works for you, we will refund the item that missed the mark.

You do not need to ship the product back. The cost of return shipping usually exceeds the cost of the food itself, so on standard items, the product is yours to keep.

The details

  • Valid on a customer's first order from WiO SmartFoods.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date shown in your tracking record.
  • Covers one opened package per product type. One claim per household.
  • Refunds apply to the specific item the customer was dissatisfied with, not the entire order.
  • Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the issue was our error.
  • For large orders involving multiple unopened units of the same shelf-stable product, we may request return of the unopened items before processing.
  • Damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments are covered separately. Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery with a photo.
