Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day quality guarantee return policy on all shipments.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, you may return the unused portion within 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped and billed to you for a refund according to the following terms. NO returns will be accepted if you as a customer forgot to update or cancel your autoship or subscription account.
Photographs of damaged products MUST be provided to WiO in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or when making a claim through WiO SMART Package Protection.
Returns will be reviewed by the WiO fulfillment department on a case-by-case basis. WiO still maintains the right to deny any return request submitted for any reason. In the event that WiO approves your return, you will receive a credit or a refund depending on the circumstances of the return.
To return a product for an exchange or refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at email@example.com.
An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to respond.
We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
Quality guarantee ensures the quality of our product produced. Guarantee does not cover buyers remorse.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

WiO SmartFoods is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes up to 5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

SMART is a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. SMART provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
What is SMART?
SMART Package Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with SMART to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. SMART Package Protection can be added during checkout.

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed.
How Does SMART Work?
If your SMART protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, WiO’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
How Does SMART Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, SMART covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the SMART premium are not included.
Reorders: SMART will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. SMART will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and SMART Package Protection.
When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered
Please note, orders over $100 USD will require a police report to be filed by the customer before any resolution can occur
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?
SMART Package Protection definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add SMART Package Protection at checkout.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
SMART covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add SMART Package Protection at checkout.
If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
If you insured your order with SMART Package Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from WiO with a link to file a shipping issue.
