What you’ll need:

 

  1. WiO Smart tortilla
  2. Round cookie cutter
  3. Muffin tin
  4. Marina sauce
  5. Mozzarella cheese (pro tip: you can use a mozzarella log OR just cut up a cheese stick into chunks)
  6. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Pepperoni

Directions:


  1. Using your cookie cutter, cut out pieces of the tortilla and place them in the muffin tin
    1. Pro tip: save the tortilla scraps and air fry them for a great chip!


  2. Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce to each tortilla


  3. Place mozzarella chunks in each cup and top with shredded mozzarella cheese as well as with pepperoni
