What you’ll need:


  1. WiO Smart tortilla
  2. Round cookie cutter
  3. Muffin tin
  4. Marina sauce
  5. Mozzarella cheese (pro tip: you can use a mozzarella log OR just cut up a cheese stick into chunks)
  6. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Pepperoni


  1. Using your cookie cutter, cut out pieces of the tortilla and place them in the muffin tin
    1. Pro tip: save the tortilla scraps and air fry them for a great chip!

  2. Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce to each tortilla
