6. Mobile Messaging Terms
WiO SmartFoods may offer mobile messaging programs that include SMS, MMS, and Rich Communication Services (RCS) messages.
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive messages from WiO SmartFoods, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and/or marketing messages from WiO SmartFoods Inc. at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may include, for example, promotions, special offers, product announcements, cart reminders, order updates, account information, and customer service communications.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other messaging technology.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received through our mobile messaging program.
Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from WiO SmartFoods mobile messages at any time by replying STOP to a message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional marketing messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for providing WiO SmartFoods with a valid mobile phone number. If your mobile number changes, you should update your information or enroll again using your new number.
WiO SmartFoods may change the telephone number, short code, or other sending identifier used for the messaging program. If this occurs, requests sent to a previous number may not be received.
Mobile Messaging Privacy
Your participation in our mobile messaging program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in information, and messaging consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own unrelated marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate and deliver WiO SmartFoods messaging services or when otherwise permitted or required by law.
7. Marketing Communications
You may choose to receive marketing communications from WiO SmartFoods through email, text messaging, RCS, or other channels.
Opting out of one type of marketing communication does not necessarily unsubscribe you from other communication channels.
For example, unsubscribing from email marketing does not automatically unsubscribe you from mobile messaging. Each channel may require a separate opt-out request.
We may continue to send communications that are necessary to complete transactions or provide services you have requested, including order confirmations, shipping notices, account notices, and customer service responses, when permitted by law.
8. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide WiO SmartFoods with suggestions, comments, ideas, reviews, or other feedback regarding our products or services, you grant WiO SmartFoods the right to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes, including improving, developing, and marketing our products and services.
