We are less concerned about sodium content only because when following a low-carb, keto diet your pancreas will lower insulin levels and allow your kidneys to dump water retention minerals, such as sodium when urinating. HINT: If you experience headaches when eating low carb or in ketosis… increase salt and water and say goodbye to your headache 🙂 Medical experts in a keto lifestyle warn us about consuming “too little” sodium.

WiO™ makes several shelf stable foods. Some do require refrigeration. As with all foods please store WiO Smart Foods™ in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight for best results, unless the label instructs to freeze or refrigerate.
The shelf life of most WiO products is similar (when unopened) to products you would purchase in any store (1-3 weeks depending on the product). If kept in the freezer the shelf life can be extended several months.
WiO™ has several vegan/vegetarian friendly food item(s). Such as our Healthy Nut peanut butter, breads, pizza, chips, chocolate, muffins etc. None of our ingredients are tested on animals and is therefore theoretically suitable for vegans. However, due to the product being handled and manufactured in a facility that also handles dairy products we do not make the claim of certified vegan on our product(s) label.
