But we had a “what if” thought… what if we added an EXTRA blocker and inhibitor to the pizza crust, so whatever your topping choice may be, that would be blocked as well.
So, we tested, and tested, and tested again, and… SUCCESS!
Our pizza crust can make a great homemade pizza, custom to your taste buds, and still be low-calorie, fat-free, and low-carb.
We tried this fun variation to switch things up so it could be used as more than just pizza crust. And created a gyro with our crust.

Ingredients
- WiO Smart Pizza Crust (Used as gyro bread)
- Turkey sausage patties
- Greek yogurt
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Instructions
Step 1
Warm up the gyro bread in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.
Step 2
Cook turkey sausage patty according to the package.
Step 3
Spread the Greek yogurt on the gyro bread
Step 4
Top the gyro with lettuce and tomato
And voila! You can now enjoy a delicious low-carb and fat-free gyro with bread that doesn't change the taste.
