Not a fan.

I am not a fan of this oil. It arrived unsealed with a thick coating of something around the lid. The taste is not great, even when masked by balsamic vinegar. I will look for alternatives. It does have good nutritional stats.

Vegetarian

I like that this oil is vegetarian. Fish oils are often used for the Omega 3s. Not too noticeable in the shakes.
