    I use this flour all of the time, for everything I possibly can. Anything you would use regular AP flour in, you can use this flour and I am shook. I hope they sell this flour forever or at least as long as I need to use it! Who knew you could add a plant-based carb-blocker to flour to make it overall low-carb? Mind blown. It’s expensive but so worth it if you still want to have floury things and live a low-carb lifestyle! I just hope the price doesn’t go up anymore.

    This is so worth it! It is very pricy, only downside. But to have pizza taste like pizza and drop biscuits that are delicious – well I am hooked! I love this product. I made some garlic cheesy bread too. — using a Keto recipe for dough — and then followed the rest and tasted just like a restaurant cheesy bread! Great product!

    I made steak, pepperoni, and spinach stromboli and it was great!!! I really could not taste the difference and I think it may have been better than regular flour for me. I give 4 stars because of the price. 5 lbs for $28 is a lot when regular flour is like $3. Add shipping to the price and it is really expensive. But, great product.

    I use this to make low carb bread, and it’s a million times better than what’s available out there. I add a little vital wheat gluten as this is all purpose flour.
    I use it to bake, make pancakes, everything. It has changed my life carb world.

    I use this flour wherever I would use regular all purpose flour. Thickening gravies and soups, baking bread, rolls, hamburger and hot dog buns, cakes and pies. This flour is a heaven sent product for all low carb eaters. The whole-grain flour is equally good.

    I love this product. I have made bread and cobbler with this flour. I bakes the same as regular all-purpose flour. I absolutely love using this and plan on finding other ways to use it in regular dishes to make them lower in carbs. It also works great in bread machines.

    Another really great product. We have made pancakes, chocolate chip cookies, used for “breading” on chicken and pork chops. Have also made drop biscuits. The Smartflour works really well. It really is a great way to still have a traditional comfort food, without breaking the carb-bank.
